Several people told me this new tool is even better than our traditional tool called Cartoon Photo Effect (which appears as a top result in Google for many related searches and is successfully used by hundreds or even thousand of people every day).
In fact, the newer software is more modern, since it applies my more recent and innovative researches about tools to turn photos into drawings that look like cartoons. Anyway, one tool doesn't replace the other, since the newer one was created to be complementary to published earlier.
Just to give an example, Cartoon Photo Effect offers mostly drawing styles based on gradients, while the Photo to Comic Drawing Converter offers options to create halftoned drawings if desired.
