This tool takes advantage of my most recent researches about color space reduction and outline generation of complex images. It's really a modern software.
Besides that, it's simple to use, but yet very powerful. By changing its interface values, you can create a very nice comic art from almost any kind of picture.
Below I show a photo and a comic drawing created by using the Photo to Comic Drawing Converter. As you can see, a beautiful drawing was generated and all important information from original photo was kept.
